The most efficient way to search for homes is now available to you for free and with no obligation. The homes that meet your requirements will be emailed directly to you, usually within hours of being listed. Websites can take 2 to 3 days before newly listed homes show up as being available and by that time they may have multiple offers on them! Once you send us the criteria of what you’re looking for, we will set up a portal for you to log in and view the homes. When a home matches your search, it will be sent to you. The portal will contain pictures, maps, virtual tours and driving directions. You can save homes you like, or delete the ones you don’t like. If the price changes or if it’s sold you will also receive notification. That’s it. It’s easy and you can be sure not to miss any new listings that meet your needs.
